Network coverage: -The network coverage of Docomo is very bad you do not get full network in your home everytime you need to call somebody you need to get out of your house.And when you talk to somebody on a phone after sometimes the voice of the other person doesn't come at all, I am thinking to port my number in to some other network.
Customer service: -The customer service of the docomo very bad you need to call thrice or five times to connect properly to them.
Charges & billing: -The company is offering decent charges which is relatively high to some other networks the company is not making that much growth.the company needs to introduce some plans to relatively make growth in the competition.
