I attended an interview @ TCS Chennai. After clearing 3 round when I reached HR I asked for 40% hike which was reasonable. But he jokes with me saying I should get only same as what I Was getting. I was pissed of and fired HR like any thing. People there are like Govt. Servants. They know nothing will happen to them whatever they do.
Later I talked to my friend about company. 4 out of 3 said it is worst place to be there as in last 2 years they have not got any thing out of TCS. if you have onsite you are a King which only 2% get. Rest all are slaves. Also I am sure there are many internal wrong things are done. like fake resource billing and all. Many employee are treated badly even to get a headphone for a conf call you need to wait for 2 years.
