Used this air cooler for a month and replaced it immediately as was very irritated with this product. Service and support of the company is one of the worst I have encountered with. They are very reluctant in coming for any complaint registered and for every complaint they say that they do not cover this problem in warranty. Cooling of this product is a fail and in humid condition you do not feel it's air at all. This product is not reliable at all as I have faced many manufacturing faults and failure with a tenure of 30 days. This product gives no fee and sense of satisfaction and is a complete disappointment. This product gives no value for money and may be a complete waste of money. It is best to invest money n an alternate option.
