Hello friends I have used this product for a while it makes my hand rough and it does provide a complete cleaning property. The detergent bar is very poor sometimes it becomes so hard that it becomes difficult to scrub and sometimes it become very sticky the detergent bar does not last for long. They are fooling the consumers by their brand names as surf excel is a popular brand and it easily convince the consumer to buy the buy.
