I live in Delhi-NCR, every real estate broker company is fraud, like SKJ Properties now SKJ Landbase. who change the name after too many frauds cases, the website name is https://SKJLANDBASE.COM
I buy 1 property from SKJ Properties, they say when you buy no extra charge will taken by Builder, but after 1 month later when I visit again in a builder, they said extra charge PLC will be payable.
Mr Sanjeev Singh(I thought he is an employee of Elan Builder) totally fraud man, he is a big lier, never ever should take property with the reference of this man.
