I recently saw this Sofit soy milk in our nearby grocery store. Even though I knew that soy milk has much more health benefits than dairy milk, I was skeptical to purchase it because I had never tasted soy milk before and I had no idea how it would taste like.
Nevertheless, I purchased it because it was a healthy alternative for dairy milk as the sofit soymilk is 100% cholesterol-free, with no preservatives and no added sugar.
The taste of this Sofit soy milk is very good somewhat similar to cow milk and my whole family loves it. I drink it alone, or use it to make shakes, smoothies or in the breakfast with oats and cereals.
I love the Sofit soy milk and I would buy it again and again. Also, I would recommend others to try this soy milk as a healthy alternative for dairy milk.
