Pathetic company and worst service levels. They use Fedex for shipping, and my product was not delivered for 4 business days even after being located with the logistics guy. I sent an email and no reply comes from SnapGalaxy, the shipping company will take no responsibility.


NO ONE ANSWERS THEIR CUSTOMER QUERIES.


IRRESPONSIBLE AND LAZY COMPANY.
