I really don't know where is snapdeal because everyday amazon and flipkart compete with each other to make profit and introduce new sells everyday but snapdeal is lost somewhere because it is still standing there where it is start from, only just change there logo I guess. It must be come into the fight and and take a chance to win.
Lets talking about snapdeal product, quality, timeline etc.:
Snapdeal is stand between amazon(at top) and shopclues(at bottom).
Snapdeal customer service is just ok ok, not good.
Their products are sometimes real and good but sometimes fake as well.
They have a perfect delivery time but the time is very late like in my area they take 15-16 days to reach but amazon take2-3 days which is far better than the snapdeal.
Their app and website is also ok ok. We can't say any more about on them.
So in my opinion try snapdeal on your own risk.
I don't recommend snapdeal. In my opinion you should try amazon or flipkart than the Snapdeal.
