Snapdeal has started to cheat their customer, by offering fake cashback offers.I ordered a product from them recently which has some amount of cashback in freecharge wallet.I paid for the order online, and got the product within 4 days of order, but they never gave the cashback amount as mentioned.i called their CC several times, and every time they talked like a parrot, same word again and again, but no solution.And till the time i'm writing this review they neither solve the issue, nor has the courtesy to call the customer and inform.I have seen their true face, how they fool us by fake offers.I would request all of you not to get trapped in their cashback offers, it's just one of their strategy to sell more items.
