I have ordered many times from snapdeal, recently they have revamped their website and app, tata owns this company and they are doing every possible thing to get a good sale from all three websites i.e snapdeal, tata click and croma.Customer service of snapdeal is good it delivers on time, Normally I have received every product original so no complaints about product quality.well designed app and it is very reliable.I want to share experience of my headphone purchse which I did,they delivered my product in 14days, although packaging was a little weak but it is ok for me
