I ordered a branded laptop of a perticular model. But when I got the parcel I came to know that I got a totally different model that too completely different screensize. Immediately I opted for a refund on the portal itself. But o did not get any sudden response from snapdeal. I called them over a phone so many times all the executives were asking same thing that I need to send the pictures of the item I received. I have sent them the poctures 6 to 8 times. But they keep on telling the same thing again n again. Then I contacted head directly through mail. After 20 days I got my money back.
Snapdeal is worst. Avoid it.
