I have 3 times bad experience with snapdeal. Its not a well developed website. first time it deducted amount from my credit card twice and were not ready to return back amount and were forcing to buy any other product of same price. after spending around 100/- on calls to customer care they returned back amount. Next time they offered coupons on https://freecharge.in I used them to make my order after placing order they kept on informing that order has been delayed for 2 weeks and then they stopped even informing about order and when I called customer care they said they are not able to get order at such lower price so it has been cancelled. And they call it a "Quality Issue". This website is complete fraud if u r using coupons. my order numbers were 493885156 & 493826205. In case if snapdeal management care about customer they can cross check the issue.
