Had a horrible experience with them. I ordered a new phone from snapdeal but instead I received a refurbished one. It was a very annoying experience. Nothing was written about the phone being refurbished and they actually charged the original amount for it. It was a really bad experience with them. They are not reliable. The website does not offer complete information and has some hidden clause that are introduced to you later which leads to a total misunderstanding and poor purchasing experience. I would have rated their product quality good but I received an old product instead of a new one so I would rather rate them under poor product quality. They are not reliable and can't be trusted. Instead of snapdeal go for amazon or flipkart as they offer better services and are more reliable.
