Possessing a Skoda was my college days desire and I bought Skoda Rapid MPI Ambition 2 weeks ago with great expectation. Within 1000 km of ride the brake pedal of the car is getting jammed occasionally and brakes not working.
Nonetheless, I drove it back home safely @ 20 kmph. Unfortunately, unlike other Indian car makers, there is no helpline number or any roadside assistance. Even there is no mail id or contact number stated in the owner's or service manual.
Their dealer's response is not prompt and encouraging. I feel deceived.
