Extremely Disappointed with Skinsii's Service. Review on Skinnsi

I am beyond frustrated with the ongoing issues I have experienced with Skinsii's laser hair removal service. Over the course of my treatment, Ive faced continuous cancellations and unprofessional behavior, leaving me feeling completely disrespected.

On two separate occasions, my appointments were canceled last-minute due to various reasonsone citing a machine malfunction, and another saying the therapist was unavailable. I received only automated messages with no apology or personal communication.

After the second cancellation, I tried reaching customer service, and was given incorrect contact details and unhelpful explanations. One of the reasons I was given for a cancellation was that the therapist found my home "uncomfortable, " which is both false and insulting. Ive been receiving treatments in the same environment for two years without issue.

To make matters worse, the quality of the service provided by Ms. Vaishali Dholam was concerning. During my first session, there were cockroaches and bedbugs in her equipment bag. I also suffered a burn during one of my treatments, and despite this, I was pressured into giving her a five-star review. She even mentioned that Skinsii no longer provides help for carrying equipment, leaving her to carry the heavy machine alone, which seems both unprofessional and unsafe.

After 12 sessions with repeated cancellations, unsatisfactory treatment, and poor customer service, I am completely dissatisfied. I feel disrespected as a paying customer, and I will be taking my business elsewhere unless this is resolved. This level of care and professionalism is unacceptable. I highly recommend potential customers reconsider using this service unless significant improvements are made.
