Singapore is a clean fun city probably the best place for a family holiday read :safe & clean fun.
1.Visit Orchard Road ...for plenty of window shopping.
2.Sentosa ...take the cable car to the island ...plenty of activities there carlsberg tower, imax, rides, aquarium, dolphin show Imax theatre.
3.Electronics is the cheapest in the world here ...dont believe what others say....Ive travelly to over 8 SE countries..Singapore is it.
Opposite the famous MUSTAFA is a three minute walk to NARANJAN ...the best place for Cameras and Mobiles...the best rates.
For Computers and Laptops and LCD tvs and home theatres the place to go to is SIM LIN Centre ...followed by Funan DIGI MALL and then Suntec CITY.
6.Try out some cool Mongolian cuisine at KuBlai Khan ....and surprisingly its fantastic ....for non veggers only.
Other places one can visit are the china town mkt for some real good bargains on dvds souvenirs trinkets and garments.Little India is cool for good food and shopping near Mustafa.
- NOTE: Changi Airport looks good feels good good ...but other than restaurants duty free booze I would not advise anyone to shop there as it is expensive.
8 GST(TAX) refunds are given either at the place u shop or at the airport...more than one shopper? Make one bill as there is a pretty high n useless charge per bill.
9.Buy a local Singtel sim card to use with yr mobile ...intead of paying high indian international chrgs.

and the rest ...well the brochures guides etc will tell you.
