Recently I switched my broadband service from Airtel to Sify because Airtel cost high as per my requirement.I decided to change my ISP. In my locality only sify provide broadband internet service. After using 10-12 days I got fluctuation in my frequency.i also checked my router but problem in broadband.because downloading speed got lapsed to 10kbs from 256kbps for 10min to 20min after that again it comes to its original speed. I facing this problem again and again. I also contacted Sify broadband service but never pick my phone.
Finally I gone to their office and discussed my problem but still I am stuck with connection lapsed problem.
