I got to know about them from the work they have done for my colleagues at Brigade Courtyard apartments. They were keen on documenting the design, materials to be used and the estimate on paper(as an understanding with terms and delivery dates clearly mentioned).
Which was fine withe me. I suggest everyone to go through this as this leave no room for confusion.
The end result was, I got the exact same design that I was shown withing the budget and time-frame assured to me.
