Poor Support, lack of professionalism.
I purchased the domain and its still not activated even after 2 days of making purchase. The owner of the website has mentioned 247 support just to fool the leads and the active clients.
No or slow response to tickets
No response on Email
No response on phone call
No response on the Live chat
I really want my domain to be active by tomorrow or refund back my money. I don't do business like this especially to business owner who is irresponsible and doesn't care about the customer
