I just checked some reviews out here. My order no is: 3002773943 and after seeing here that indiatimes.com says after 7-10 days that we are out of stock. I already paid full payment for my laptop and I am really worried as its been 2 days now and the order is still in process.
I hope company won't lose my trust by giving me inappropriate response, I raised the support ticket but they didn't even bother to reply.
It's Diwali time and if they tell me after 15 days that we don't have product in stock, the offer in all the other websites will go and they will take a lot of time in refunding the money if they cancel the order.
I am really worried, I saw that company is at least replying in the MouthShut review page and so I can at least expect a reply here.

It's still in out of stock and I applied for refund of 37, 782rs, its very big amount, lets hope atleast they will care for their respect in the e-commerce and send the money back within 7 days as per commitment.

They gave me transaction number, lets see if bank recognizes it or not!

Atlast got my full money back! I won't blame their refund finance team, they are pretty well and fast in working. I just wish if I had got my product it would be so nice.
