In the month of May I had ordered Swatch Wrist Watch from Reddif Shopping and there was special offer of 50% Discount, they confirm my order and they give me my customer Number also and date of delivery, but I was surprised to see that the order did not turn up and I had mailed to customer service infinite times and after it they give me reply that your courier is delay and it will reach you with 4 Days.
Nearlly month passed they give me courier information, but I was shocked that after that also they dont dispatch it and I had again mail to customer Service 5 times and then I recieved mail from Mr.Mahesh Bhanu (Customer Service) that we are sorry to say that the product is not available and please select any other product and we will delivered it to you.
But I want to ask them that is it not that they quote huge discounted prices and because of that reason only they cant suppy product and this thing did not happend to myself but to many other peoples and the product was also different.
So my heartiest request is to Rediff Shopping that please dont make people fool or else you will be no more. MY PERSNAL REQUEST IS ALSO FOR THOSE PEOPLE WHO WILL READ THIS REVIEW THAT DONT SHOP ON REDIFF SHOPPING UNLESS YOU LIKE TO BE A FOOL.
