Worst Experience...!! with Shopclues.com. Review on Shopclues

Hello guys, today I am going to share my experience with e-commerce site Shopclues.com.

Since a long time I was not operating my Shopclues.com account, so yesterday I thought to deactivate my account as, so then I opened Shopclues.com and signed in, and when I was searching for the support tab, every time I was redirected to the same page, every single time I click the link My account, I was redirected to my orders which I have placed recently.

Then at last I got to the help page, there it was written that for Deactivation of account-contact us on shopclues.com/support, when I tried to open the link that a message was displayed on my screen and it says that the page is not available, I tried several times, then I thought that maybe I am doing some mistake in typing the link. Then I copied the link and then pasted it in the address bar and tried to access it but then also the same happened, the like was not available.

Then after wasting hours on the site I found the customer support email, the I sent a email with the request to delete my account from Shopclues.com database, and still I have not got any reply from the Shopclues.com team.

Comparable to all e-commerce site, I had the worst experience with Shopclues.com.

This is my true experience yesterday, when I was trying to delete my account from Shopclues.com.
