Shine is the job providing website and app but the job on the shine is 99 percent fake. The jobs on this website is not thru the company but it is thru the job consultancy. The jobs is fake. One day I applied for one job , next day upto 10 different consultancies called me and request for money for gave me job. I deny for that because the shine site show the free jobs the why they want money for it. They called me approx one week for jobs. I got irritated from them. I block all the numbers and I also delted my account from shine. It is fake website.
