I have salary account with this bank in aundh branch pune. Yet I dont face any issue regarding services. I left job after 6 month so I thought my acccount could be closed. because almost in 2 years even one transcation not done by me. But recenly I deposited 1000 rs. In my account. They didnt charged me any single rupees fine. On other hand my hdfc bank account charged me 1345 rs. Fine as a AMB( average monthly balance) for only 3 months my balance was 125 rs. I never face such issue in saraswat bank. Bank employees are also so humble to answer your every query atleast in my home branch. So I always prefered my any online offline money work with only saraswat bank.
