These guys are in the Fraudulent business of taking the customer for a ride.I have ordered a bed from Insaraf and am still waiting for delivery. Absolute fraud. Every time they give me new reasons why the delivery is delayed. Some are so childish(like - When I asked them reasons for delay first time they replied that the Bed was dispatched but en route they found some quality issue and had to recall the bed- This is the first company I know of which does quality checks en-route) I worry if this is their attitude. When I asked for an order cancellation and refund after more than a month of being played like a ping - pong ball, their replies started getting very vague and the message"we will send it in another couple of days" started repeating in mails.
I feel so frustrated as I have paid full money upfront and they dont have the fricking courtesy to honor that.
Never buy or have any dealing with this fraudsters.
I would give them a Zero rating if it was possible.
