If you are not from a city, do not bother to buy. samsung does not provide customer service to people not from a city.
Customer care is full of fat liars and hold no intention to fix your problem but keep making excuses.
Have only one service center for whole district which makes it difficult to get them to fix.
if the customer was old, that is it forget about service and buy new one from another vendor.
my best advice is stay away from.
