As I am using J5 Memory on this phone is all used up by the system generated files and apps. You will not be able to download anything to the phone or update it without deleting things first. Samsung do not want to know. They state that they have to send the software to all phones even those with much more memory to ensure that those with more memory are stable - never mind that they destabilise this phone. Mine is under warranty until July 2018 but they will do nothing to resolve the issues. The phone is basically unusable unless you only want to use it to call and text people
