I purchased samsung writer in 2004 at first it works well as days passed problem started with my writer . at first when I tried to burn anew disk using copy option in (nero burning) it gives some error like cannot read from source , after some time tray was strucked and when solved that tray problem my writer was unable to read most of the disks , even it says no disk in drive even though I insert the disk.
It was a bigb headache , so finally I decided to purchase a DVD writer , but before going for that I want know some details from you who have some good or bad experiances with DVD writers which some of you already faced, If I purchase dvd writer is there any problem with my mother board compatability and other hardware compatability(my present system configuration is p4 2.4 processor and giga byte M/B and 512 ram) Any one there to suggest which company I have to choose?Is there any different types in DVD writers or any new versions which is the best one?Regards
