I bought my car from Sagar in July, 2008. I had purchased my Maruti Alto LXI model from them. I did not financed my car from them as ROI was higher compared to market rate and prevailing rates in banks.
Service of sales executives are good, as they get commission on sales. But if you compare of service it is third class services. In between of July, 2008 to October, 2008, I have given my car for around 12 times for getting it rectified as I am facing problem in Gear Shifting and front wind screen is having too much of fogging.
Every time they take car and try to do some rectification after which it works good for 4 to 5 days and again comes the rubbish features back.
Service part is third class of sagar automobiles and I think they do not have any decent and educated service engineers.
