I shifted to Baner Pune almost three months ago. I had been using Reliance Netconnect+ for more than a year. But at this new location I never received the bandwidth beyond 300 kbps.
Most of the times the speed varies between 40 kbps to 200 kbps.
I complained to Reliance Communications multiple times but nobody bothered or cared.
I called Customer Care to explain the problem but they say I should be happy with 200 kbps because that's the minimum commitment Reliance gives and seems to be fulfilling.
So if you think the same in the year 2015 then go ahead and enjoy!
