On Feb 22nd my reliance GSM mobile balance rs. 60 got deducted for an unwanted VAS which I didn't even request for. I contacted the phone customer care but they were unable to resolve the issue-I mean couldn't return my money, it was so frustrating but I didn't give up and email the customer care folks. They assured me to resolve the matter within 24 hours. Well.they stood with their commitment and retuned my hard earned money. Thank you Reliance customer car.
