I had bought the jio sim with lots of troubles, their services are very very slow. I had bought the sim 20 days ago but still there is no update on sim activation there is no response from there customer support Centre but I hadn't got any satisfied solutions and still my sim is activated,
There are many problems and formalities rules made by the company but after fulfilling all requirements and formalities still they are unable to proceed service request, they demand very clear documents photo copy, and you have do lots of stuff to get the sim. And still they make you suffer in sim activation .
