I had applied for a JIo SIM with your company and there were two gentlemen who came to my office to collect the documents, I got an SMS from your network sharing the order number as NO00001DZYBW. I was told that the SIM would be delivered to me,
I had a talk with 2 of your Reps, in the number 7002294184 who said that he has deliverd my sim and when I verified the same from the person whom he said he had given the sim and made him talk with him, he said that the sim was not mine and was someone else’s and he told me to talk with someone else(I am not sure whether your reps have given my SIM to someone else using my documents), later and I was given the number7002532665 and when I called this gentlemen he asked me to forward him the text that I had received, which I did, but till now I don’t have any update.
, I am somehow not too sure as to getting any resolution, but in case My documents are used for getting a connection and relience has delivered the SIM to some one else its a matter of concern for me, and I would be forced to take legal recourse to safeguard misuse of my documents.
