I am a regular customer of jio.And jio had given us something that we cant think i.e free internet for several months and that too unlimited.But today after the end of compitition and throwing away every company jio fooling its customers.i am using jio postpaid sim for god sake someone tell me that if I had payed my bilk by activating jio pack pack of 499 for three months then why after every week I am charged 20 rupees I really dont know why in.jio app I am always asked to pay 20 rupees otherwise I will be charged 30 rupees.I contacted customer cares but they are themselves confused they dont provide me a satisfying answer.they dont evn.know what types of jio.packs jio.have plz if any1 knows why are they asking me to pay extra money after I payed it many time it will be their gratitude to help me
