Network coverage: -The jios network coverage sometimes catches sometimes doesnt and if you want to call you need to download the jio voice 4g app and you need to turn on your internet, if you want to recieve call.the phones which support volte it doesn't require that.when you call somebody even the phone didn't rang it connects to somebody else and you hear strange voice.
Customer service: -The customer service of jio is very bad you need to call twice or thrice to connect to them.
CHARGES AND BILLING: -The recharge if you want to do the thing is avail for prepaid customers like 1month plan and for the post paid customer they charge a little bit higher the company doesn't stick to its word when or what kind of plan they are gonna offer.It seems like they love to keep it mystery.
