Hi guys, today I had a really bad experience with Jio. I called the customer care today to know more about the data I can use over and above of my data limit as oer the offer thats given to me, But the replys were so unproffesional that they kept on talking about Jio Apps as if they are just to promote this app and not answering to my question.
I called them three times but there reply was same they were just promoting the app and not resolving my query.
Customer care in jio is acting like parrots reading out of the same answer to every question.
