First of all I'll share my experince of mobile network. It was just awesome no word to explain. The calling and data experience was superb. The calling experience is become more effective when your smartphone support VoLte.
The customer service of jio is excellent.
They didn't disturb you by calling you and telling theri offer to you like other network.
The customer service is responsive and effective. They try to solve to response to your and solve your problem as soon as possible. The packages and plans are so cheap in jio.
My personal favourite is de dana daan offer which give you 1 gb daily data ling fup unlimited unlimited calling message and etc for approx 3 months. This will enough to experience the effectiveness jio.
JIO is the only one which provide mobile data to level of family to the society.
Overall the jio is doing a great job.
