I am using Reliance BIG TV services since last 5 years. But, problem with this operator is that it provides less number of channels as it shows at the time of recharge. Sometimes for few days all channels are telecasted and there after without any notice or information they discontinue few channel which are in my pack list. For example I have AAJ TAK TEZ channel in my pack list but they discontinue it without any reason.
And during service if any problem occurs than They providing assistant in more than 24 hours. While I m a mail them regarding that they never respond it.
Please be alert before opting for TV operator.
