Watta crap company it is? No connectivity, no professionalism, no customer service & No service recovery. Complete piece of sh*t. I have been using this bloody device for almost a year. Having no time I used to call the customer service regarding no speed & connectivity issues. And surprisingly I had to wait at least 20-30 minutes every time to get through the number. The IVR sucks. The employees sucks. The product sucks. Such a disgrace to the country. I am so pissed off becoz I had waited almost 35 minutes in line today to speak to the customer care person and after a long time, the line got disconnected automatically. Such a bullshit organization. Mr.Ambani please WAKE UP or Update your resume to join your competitor as an employee there. Holy Crap!
