Redbus is very slow in performance as it take more time to load the specific bus site. When I am trying to book bus ticket from chennai to palakkad the site is not loading. It takes more time. Also the seats shown are not correct when it reloaded. It becomes difficult to use it for the first time. The bus booked from redbus is not started on correct time. We had to wait long to reach the bus from the pickup point. Wgen we reached the bus also it again take more time to start the journey. I would like you to improve the appearance of the site and also its speed. Also please look into the buses group which keep punctuality more than the amount they take from the travellers. I also a small suggestion is that please keep the buses which more puntual in order than others.
