I wanted to buy a secondhand Samsung phone. I have heard that this site has quality things. But I became a fool. I saw a phone that looked quite impressive seems like it is a new phone. But when delivery came to me then I was surprised that this is broken from one side. I had never expected that. I again contacted to the seller that he had send me the broken product but he refused. He said that he had send the right product. The phone had not any fault. Then I contacted to the customer care they said that they had also sent right thing. Then you tell me to whom I could contact then. I had paid 4 thousand for that phone. And they all wasted.
Their products are damn bad. They send broken products.
The phone was delivered to me in about one month. They are quite slow in delivering process. Their site is also not arranged systematically. There are no categories mantioned. It is not reliable to anyone.
