Quikr is one of my favourite website and app, I really love. But today I dont talk about its features and pros. Rather I point out some issues which I face to make you aware .
As recently quikr started selling new and refurbished products specially smartphones .
And I bought two phones till date, one refurbished Mote E at attractive price and a brand new Nubia z9 mini again at amazing price.
Now coming to issues which I experienced while buying both phones ( similar issue) .
When I booked the phone phone they have properly inform and confirm the order. After that 3 days left product was not yet packed as I was regularly checking. And after 4 day when I called them then after 6 days of booking they start shipping procedure . And aftet that normal time taken as from other online shopping
I was really annoyed becuase if you wont contact after booking they wont dispatched.
So I am hoping quikr will listen to my issue and try to solve as we love them and support.
