I had encountered difficulties thrice of my 3 transactions with quantium, thanks to the e-commerce sites.This is the worst courier service I have ever seen.
My last consignment took 14 days to get delivered. I really don't know what takes them so long. Talking about the customer care service, they are really helpful in redirecting us to different branches of theirs and finally they will just read out the tracking page which gets updated only the day before the delivery.They lag in all the aspects of this business.I really don't find anything positive with them.If you are planning to send a consignment and if you have a quantium office nearby, just walk past it or even walk to the consignee's place.
Trust me you will still save a lot of time.
