Go to Sarkari banks only if:
1) one has lots of time to spare (read waste)
2) doesnt get overheated by sarkari babu/madam attitude
3) doesnt mind unwarranted headaches by going there for same work so many times
4) one works in a sarkari dept or their parents/relative is a bank employee
5) loves to have a Passbook (utterly outdated) and stand in long Q to get it updated
6) loves to have to fill in a cheque requisition form, get it authorized and then wait endlessly till the cheque book gets delivered
7) doesnt mind numerous trips back and forth to get a work done as everytime one goes, sarkari babu will ask you to bring in one missing document after another.
This is so because they will never list their required docs in one go as it makes them work!!
8) loves to get treated like a beggar esp if one has gone for a loan
