With its reputation it should not have such a bad attitude towards its customers, the staff of punjab national bank is so arrogant.
Yesterday I went to the bank to credit some amount, I fill the form and went towards the counter where the form women pointed to.
I went to a counter where this arrogant women with no work was sitting with attitude on her face. I asked her twice whether this is the counter for crediting money into account but she did not reply.
And the worse part is she did the same thing with an old man too.
She was doing nothing, simply sitting but still she did not felt like helping out others afterall it is her job to deal and help the customers to their satisfaction.
