Hi guys, I hope you all will be well.
Today I will share my experience about this prestige pic 16.01 Induction Cook-top. We know very well this is very popular brand that'why I bought this product however it's not meet with my needs.
I think the product it either defective or auto adjust temperature control is not properly designed. When I set temperature to minimum level it automatically gets increased and burn the stuff. I wan to replace the product. Kindly help me to replace the product immediately.
Getting automatic auto cut within 2 to 3 minute time setting is not working I have tried many times, totally irritating product. ever 2 to 3 minute of interval we have to press power button.
I have requested to prestige service team on call to please replace this induction then I go new induction however after 1 month start getting same problem which was I getting in starting.
If you are thinking to buy this prestige mode so I will suggest you please think then take decision.
