For me Prasthaanam is just an average film.
Baldev singh ( Sanjay dutt) is a well known politician. Manisha koirala plays Sukhmani as his wife. They have two sons. Movie is set on political background that deals with ethics, Raj dharma, morality and political ups and downs.
All the casts have played their characters well. Jackie shroff plays baadshah and he is a faithful friend of Baldev Singh. Chunky pandey looks good in his character. Ali fazal has done a good job. But somehow Sanjay dutt has responsibility to take the movie on his shoulders. It is first movie of his production house.
Script could have been more better.
If it comes to music, you would love "Haaji Ali"song.
