If We feel that porter has made our life easy, think twice. Your valuables can be robbed via porter and the company dont take any responsibility for that too. Yes its true. I had send a gift for my freind via portal. I had mentioned proper address and phone numbers. At the time of delivery my freind was not there in his flat. The porter guy ran off with the parcel. He never called back to ask what to do with the parcel instead he gave wrong number at the security and ran away with the parcel. We tried calling him several times but he never picked up our call. After that we complained with the porter. The company first kept on buying time from us saying that they are working on to resolve the matter for us but latter washed away their hands. Hence what has happened with me can happen with anybody. DONT give your valuables to porter as some of their delivery boys are robbers and company dont take risk on them !!!
