My mother was hospitalized and I wanted a nurse for her. After lot of nonsense phone calls with Portea, they suddenly said there are no nurses available. The employees are NOT interested in business, maybe because the salary is very poor. I did avail the physiotherapist and paid him for 1 hour, he stayed for 10 minutes and ran away. Would not service on Sunday or provide any other therapist.
Overall, the experience has been nightmarish.
