I purchased one vehicle policy, my money got refunded so I did the payment again, when I ask for claim to digit- they said your policy has been cancelled and I got a letter from Digit, When I raised issue with Policybazaar- they simply saying since 17feb that kindly ignore the email from Digit and we are working on it- I called for 8-9 times though they are repeating the same statement- I got an accident on 17 feb- they are making me fool since last 21 days,
Policybazaar has taken money from me but didn't give it to Digit- when I asked them to refund my money- they are applying irrelevant charges on it- without giving policy they are just making fool to people. Be Aware! Do not buy anything from Policybazaar ever.
